Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund up to 30 days from the invoice date. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply just to cover our material & labor cost for inspection, re-boxing and preparation of product returned for resale. Upon receipt, a credit invoice will be issued to your account, excluding shipping costs incurred from the original order. All stock items are eligible.
What is the SimPro Return Process?
- Complete one of our online return form;
- A customer service representative will confirm your return with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Upon authorization, re-package the product and ship it back to ZPC. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
- Once the merchandise has been received by SimPro, a credit will be issued to your account, excluding shipping and handling costs incurred on the original order. You will be notified when the credit invoice has been processed.
